Given Philly’s preseason win total over/under of 11.5 victories on FanDuel Sportsbook Pennsylvania, it’s likely of little surprise to learn that the various AI platforms used for this story expect the Eagles to fly to 12 wins in 2025.
What’s more surprising is the games that those automatons expect coach Nick Sirianni and company to drop. AI predicts that the Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs will topple the Eagles, as Philly is projected to go
Losses to the Chiefs or Bills wouldn’t be much of a shocker, per se, with both games on the road and K.C. and Buffalo sporting the same preseason over/under as the Eagles (11.5 wins) for Pennsylvania sports betting. The same can’t be said of the other hypothetical defeats, as Minnesota’s over/under figure is 8.5, while Green Bay (9.5) and Dallas (7.5) aren’t exactly world-beaters themselves.

Perhaps more surprising is that Pittsburgh is projected to allow 22.4 ppg, also in the middle of the pack by the 2024-25 season’s standard. The Steelers have ranked in the top 10 in fewest points allowed for three consecutive years and five of the past six.
All told, a 10-win season would likely be enough to get Pittsburgh into the postseason for the fifth time in six seasons. That potentially flies in the face of the team’s preseason odds at FanDuel, which gives the Steelers +142 odds of reaching the playoffs in 2025-26.
