Philadelphia's odds of making the playoffs are promising, and the Phils have the second-best odds of winning the division.

We'll be tracking the Phillies' odds to win the World Series and more across PA sportsbooks all season long here at PennStakes.

Latest Phillies Playoff & World Series Odds in 2025

What Are the Phillies Odds to Win the World Series?

As of July 1, 2025 the Phillies' World Series odds are +900 at DraftKings PA Sportsbook. To win the NL and make the World Series in 2025, the Phillies' share the second-shortest odds with the Mets at +500.

When Did the Phillies Last Win the World Series?

The Phillies very recently competed for a World Series title, dating back just a few years ago, in 2022. They eventually lost to the Houston Astros in six games. Before that, the Phils made the World Series in 2009, losing in six games, but this time to the New York Yankees.

Who Are Philadelphia's Biggest Competitors for the World Series?

It's not surprising, but the Los Angeles Dodgers are expected to be the Phillies' toughest competition to win the 2025 World Series this fall. Philadelphia gave the Dodgers their first loss in April, ending the series 2-1. These two will meet again in Los Angeles for an early-week series in mid-September.

The New York Mets are proving to be tough competition as well. The Phils currently edge the Mets for first place in the division by 0.5 games. The Phillies match up against the Mets multiple times this season, as they both compete in the NL East. Philadelphia won its most recent series against the Mets and will meet again at the end of August.

You can see the Phillies' full schedule and opponents further down the page.

Chances Phillies Make the Playoffs in 2025

The Phillies have a promising 90.0% chance to make the MLB Playoffs in 2025 according to many PA betting apps. This is based on their current -900 odds to make the playoffs at DraftKings.

Did the Phillies Make the Playoffs Last Season?

Yes, the Phillies made the playoffs in 2024. They made it only as far as the Divisional Series, losing to fellow NL East foe New York Mets in just four games.

Phillies Odds to Win NL East in 2025

While they don't have to win the division to clinch a spot in the postseason, the Phils have the second-best odds to win the NL East at +105. The New York Mets have the best odds at -120. Philadelphia was swept by the Mets in April, but won their most recent series, 2-1.

Analyzing the Phillies 2025 Win Totals Odds

The Phillies' projected win total for the season is 93.5 at FanDuel

Over the last decade, the Phillies have won more than 91 games just once, which occurred last season. The year prior, Philadelphia won 90 games across the 162-game season.

Based on the team's success last season and with little roster turnover, winning 93.5 games isn't out of the question, although the New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers will be tough competition throughout the season.

Here's a year-by-year breakdown of the Phillies' records and end-of-year results over the last ten years of action:
