Hamlin With Best Odds to Win at Pocono
Fresh off the birth of his new son, Denny Hamlin enters Pocono race week the betting favorite to win this Sunday. And to no surprise to any NASCAR fan; Hamlin is the most successful driver at Pocono among all his competitors.
In 35 career races, Hamlin has seven wins, 16 top 5's, and 23 top 10's with an average finish of 11.3. In the next gen era specifically, Hamlin is one of three drivers to win in just three races with an average of 12.7. Just last week he missed the race in Mexico City which could ultimately impact his success on track whether that's him coming in fresh or rusty after a week out of the car.
Larson, Blaney Round Out Podium For Pocono Odds
Kyle Larson is a betting favorite at nearly ever single track the series goes to. Little surprise DraftKings put his odds at +550 if not for Larson's overall output at Pocono. In the last three races he has just one top five and, like Hamlin, an average finish of 12.7. He's shown some speed here in his career, leading 158 laps in 17 races but has yet to find victory lane.
Young Ryan Blaney on the other hand is no stranger to success at the Tricky Triangle. Through his career he has two wins at Pocono including his first Cup Series win in the Wood Brothers #21 Ford back in 2017. He had the task of outrunning Kevin Harvick down the final stretch of the race, leading the final 10 laps.
Blaney continued his success in 2024, leading over 50 laps en route to what was his second-of-three wins on the season. Following his most recent win in Nashville, and with a 2025 NASCAR Playoffs spot secured, it's win or go home for one of the fastest cars on the track this season.
Reddick's +1000 Odds Make Him a Dark Horse
There's not a driver in the Cup Series with a better average finish than Tyler Reddick over the last three races at Pocono Raceway. With a 3.3 average finish including a low of just sixth, Reddick will be in contention with his 23XI Racing #45 Toyota. Like Larson, Reddick has yet to find victory lane here.
Coming to Pocono for the race? Make sure to check out available Pennsylvania sports betting promos while you're at the track. You'll be able to legally put money on Blaney, Reddick, Hamlin or any of the other 33+ drivers to win.
