The newest addition to Pennsylvania’s online and retail casino market comes from BetMGM Casino PA, which is bringing a hybrid concept to the Keystone State.

The Las Vegas stalwart is adding a new contest, called BetMGM Riches, which is the first slot game that can be played on the operator’s iGaming and at traditional casino facilities.

Three iGaming Markets For BetMGM Riches To Start

The Pennsylvania online casinos game, which was developed alongside Everi Holdings Inc., is live in BetMGM’s iCasino markets not only in the Keystone State but also in New Jersey and Michigan. West Virginia will soon join the fray.

Mike Gatten, MGM Resorts International’s senior vice president of slot strategy, called the operator’s newest game a great way to grow engagement among the company’s traditional and online casino customers.

Having BetMGM Riches available to retail casino customers as well as those using online PA casino apps is a way to ensure brand loyalty and market share hold pace in the states where the company operates, Gatten added, providing new options to keep users entertained.

"With guest experience at the core of what we do, we created this custom game for our loyal slot customers who enjoy playing their favorite games and earning rewards even when they're not at one of our properties,” Gatten said in a company press release.

What BetMGM’s Newest Slot Adds To Pennsylvania Portfolio

Adding another element to Pennsylvania’s online and retail casino marketplace is a way for BetMGM to continue its growth strategy in the state.

For Angus Nisbet, the company’s vice president of gaming, BetMGM Riches is another way for the company to ensure it is meeting players wherever they are, whether those customers are inside the casinos they frequent or using Pennsylvania casino promotions to get deals for iGaming use.

"The launch of MGM Riches directly connects BetMGM's leading online casino offerings to MGM Resorts iconic destinations,” Nisbet said in the release. “We are thrilled to offer this first-of-its kind slot and to continue to bring innovative content to our players."

BetMGM Riches joins the more than 70 other games that are available to customers in Pennsylvania, while bringing multimedia casino play to the Keystone State in the new year.

It also allows customers to earn MGM Rewards via the company’s tier credits on their newest slots game (the company also offers the BetMGM Pennsylvania Sportsbook). The company hopes the slot addition will be a win-win for customers and the operator alike.

"The development of MGM Riches is another example of MGM Resorts' and BetMGM's focus on patron engagement, their commitment to being top-tier operators in land-based and online, and Everi's ability to deliver exciting, omnichannel gaming entertainment experiences to both land-based and online players,” David Lucchese, Everi's Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Digital, said in the release.
