Greentube Granted Pennsylvania Online Casinos License
Fact Checked by Jim Tomlin

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has issued an interactive gaming manufacturer license to Vienna, Austria-based Greentube for Pennsylvania online casinos content. The deal took effect on June 1.

The license allows NOVOMATIC’s Digital Gaming and Entertainment division to offer its content and enter new operator partnerships within the Keystone State, which was the third largest state of total iGaming revenue generated last month. Pennsylvania is the fourth state where the company has secured a license since January 2022. Other states include Connecticut, Michigan and New Jersey.

Recently, Greentube enhanced and expanded its content creation capabilities in the American market with the acquisition of U.S. development studio Present Creative in October 2022 and two months later with a joint venture with studio Flamingocatz.

Greentube Joins Expansive List of PA Online Casinos

There are now 33 licensed PA mobile casinos available.

“Receiving a license to offer our market-leading content in Pennsylvania is another important milestone for Greentube as it continues to expand its presence across North America,” Greentube CFO/CGO Michael Bauer said in a news release. “We are looking forward to working alongside operators within the state to serve players with our unique brand of entertaining content.”

The company’s broad portfolio includes classic slots, video bingo/poker games, table games, server-based gaming, and social casino gaming. Its popular titles such as its Diamond Cash and Thunder Cash series and new games such as Money Maker will be made available to PA online slots players.

Greentube became part of the NOVOMATIC Group back in 2010.
