The Pittsburgh Steelers have had no shortage of Hall of Fame players in their history. But who are their best players of the last 10 years?

PennStakes.com – your source for PA betting sites – came up with a Mount Rushmore of Steelers players in the last decade, 2014-24.

Utilizing Pro-Football-Reference.com, we developed the list. The players included must have played for the Steelers for at least three years during this time period and it is based on their Approximate Value (based on Pro-Football-Reference standards).  Here are the findings:

Top Two Still on Steelers Roster

He has played in Pittsburgh since 2014 and was this season was named the 2023 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. Heyward has played in 194 career games, recording 404 solo tackles with 80.5 sacks and eight forced fumbles. Hayward is also a six-time Pro Bowl selection and a three-time All-Pro.

Outside linebacker T.J. Watt (91 approx. value) has been in the Steel City for the last seven seasons since 2017 and is one of the most-feared defensive players in the league. The six-time Pro Bowler and four-time All-Pro selection has played in 104 career games with 291 solo tackles, 96.5 sacks and 27 forced fumbles.

Watt is tied for third with the San Francisco 49ers’ Nick Bosa at Caesars Sportsbook PA for the Defensive Player of the Year award. In 2021, Watt swept three Defensive Player of the Year Awards by the Associated Press (AP), Professional Football Writers Association (PFWA) and the Sporting News (SN).

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (88 AV) played 18 seasons in Pittsburgh before retiring after the 2021 season. The two-time Super Bowl champion completed 5,440 of 8,443 passes (64.4%), for 64,088 yards with 418 touchdowns and 211 interceptions in his career. He was also a six-time Pro Bowler and the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2004.

Guard David DeCastro (73 approx. value) played nine seasons for the Steelers and was a two-time first-team All-Pro and a six-time Pro Bowler.
